Returns & Refunds Policy

At ATXFX, every item is made to order and crafted by hand. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, we will make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order number must be provided

Once your claim is reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Additional Notes

  • Damage claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted
  • Items that show signs of use, modification, or mishandling are not eligible
  • Each piece is handmade, and slight variations are normal and not considered defects
