All ATXFX products are made to order. This means your item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 5–8 weeks. This production window allows time for casting, finishing, and quality checks.
If your order includes multiple items, it will ship once all items are complete. If you need in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Orders are shipped via USPS or other major carriers.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location:
- United States: Typically 3–7 business days
- International: Varies by destination and may take several weeks

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Delays
ATXFX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. ATXFX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
