The Iron Lung Heart-Shaped Enamel Pin is finally here.

Inspired by the original fan magnet that sold out in 90 seconds and famously “broke Etsy,” this collectible enamel pin brings the same blood-soaked goodness into a wearable format for Iron Lung fans and collectors.

This 1.5" wide, soft enamel pin features a black nickel metal finish with layered enamel details designed to capture the gooey, grimy look of the original sculpt. The back includes dual pin posts for a more secure hold on jackets, bags, hats, display boards, or wherever you want to show it off.

Each pin will be mounted to a custom backing card designed specifically for this release.
