The Iron Lung Lung-Shaped Enamel Pin is finally here.

Inspired by the original Iron Lung Awards created for the unsung heroes behind the film, these enamel pins are a tribute to the fans who helped turn Iron Lung into something legendary. Through pure grassroots passion and relentless support, the fan community helped propel the film into more than 4,000 theaters worldwide and cemented its place in horror history. This pin is a small way to recognize the people who made that possible.

This 1.5" wide, soft enamel pin features a black nickel metal finish with layered enamel details designed to capture the gooey, grimy look of the original sculpt. The back includes dual pin posts for a more secure hold on jackets, bags, hats, display boards, or wherever you want to show it off.

Each pin will be mounted to a custom backing card designed specifically for this release.
