The Iron Lung NAC MO Enamel Pin is finally here.

The NAC MO is the real unsung hero of Iron Lung. Without this brutal mechanical beast violently throwing Markiplier around like a ragdoll in a tin can, the film never would’ve become the claustrophobic nightmare fans fell in love with.

Behind every scream, crash, and bone-rattling moment was the relentless chaos of the NAC MO. Real fans already know the truth. The NAC MO was the real star of the show.

This 1.5" wide, printed enamel pin features a black metal finish with a high gloss coating. The back includes a single pin posts to securely hold it on jackets, bags, hats, display boards, or wherever you want to show it off.

Each pin will be mounted to a custom backing card designed specifically for this release.
